While watching the OP, I realized that the background design hinted that of Makoto Shinkai’s works. Wiki-ing it up confirmed that it was indeed his work, and a forum post provided information that Tenmon did the music.

I wonder when will I be able to do such high quality animated film/OP/ED :/
