Haruhi-sama!

STCC has been a terrific and yet real tiring event. For the past 2 - 3 days, I have been doing event photo coverage on the behalf of Collateral Damage Studios, a local doujin group. There will be a couple of photos with the members form the doujin group in it.

Not forgetting Haruhi-sama as well!

Moeside: Now with Business Cards

IMG_7048

And I have finally went to make a batch of name cards/business cards for myself in order to spread the idea of moe- I mean to reach out to a greater audience.

Those who follow my blog will remember seeing this picture; it’s one of the photos which I had submiited for the SYPA 08 competition (I didn’t win anything ^^;).

Only had the front of the card printed as I realize instead of having the receiver to turn to the underside of the card just to look at my contact details and stuff, why not just place it in the front, together with the photo. Don’t have a logo at the moment but will be working on that soon.

So why the whole idea of name cards/business cards?

Unlimited Drawing Works!

Have not drawn in ages. Just did this one a few hours back.

I must try drawing a different pose and from a different angle the next time!

My art still sucks lol ^^; She needs a better expression and posture.

Do you draw often as well?

Office Lady or High school girl?

One of the things I find it difficult to do on a Mac or on OSX itself is blogging.

No, it’s not that I started to dislike blogging or find it a chore, but having used Windows Live Writer (first introduced to me by icie) for almost 3/4 of my blogging life, it’s hard to find an alternative to it.

Mannerism on Trains

Wednesday, June 18th, 2008

img_7579_sm.jpg

“家でやろう” or “Please do it at home” is an manner poster series that can been commonly found in the subway trains stations of Tokyo.

I remember seeing the above sign in most of the train stations while visiting Tokyo in April and what had prompted me to take this photo was because the guy in the poster looked more like he was about to jerk off while browsing that magazine instead of sharing the seat with the salaryman that’s standing up so that they could jerk off together.

Okay, enough of making fun of the funny poster and onward to the main topic; how is mannerism on the trains in your country/region like?

^ Cat looks at you looking at pantsu!

So I have made the switch and is now using a MacBook Pro with OS X 10.5.3 (Upgraded to 10.5.3 a few days after I got my MBP).

I would say I love the interface of the OS X. It’s very smooth and lovely.
