Nozomi V3: Moe News Blurbs

And I’m proud to present a new addition to Nozomi V3 – Windbell’s Featured News blurbs.

The news blurbs allows me to post smaller articles that do not fit into main articles as they are either too short or I do not have enough content to write for it. Inspired from Danny’s own news blurbs, I’ll be able to now post more articles on this blog :)

The code for the featured news blurbs is pretty simple, and I have used Net tuts’ “Build a Featured Posts Section for WordPress” tutorial as the main code base and modified it from there. Those interested in building one themselves, I highly recommend you take a look at the tutorial and other Net tuts’ articles especially if you’re new to wordpress.

The news blurbs will display 3 of the latest blurbs that have been posted. Have not decided how frequent I would update the blurbs as I hardly have time to post when I’m in camp, and it also depends on whether I have access to a computer with internet access ^^;

What do you guys thing of the new feature? Any comments or feedback is highly appreciated!

A week in Singapore 3

Sorry for the long wait for the latest episode of "A week in Singapore". Haven’t been out in town nor any real exciting events/happenings for the past few weeks.
