Actually stumbled onto this just today while surfing the internets. Cute evangelion USB flash drives have been out for some time, with Kaworu being the latest available. These USB drives by Buffalo come in, sadly, only one size – 4GB.

Also available are Ranka lee from Macross frontier, Rei from Evangelion and Konata from Lucky star.

Always wanted to get one of these. Thought that the eva ones are in particular rather cute, although I find that Rei looks rather stoned.
